Riders & Horses competing in Mini Hunter and higher Hunter divisions and all jumper divisions must be PHJA Members (lifetime membership) in order for points to count.  

Beginner Divisions (Walk Halt through Novice Mini Hunter) only the rider must be a PHJA member (renews annually). Points accrue from date of membership fee payment
PHJ Members are eligible for year end awards, ribbons, and prizes at the Annual Awards Banquet held in January.
