Membership Points
Please review your points carefully after each show.
The new membership and points software is currentlay a Beta system. Let us know via email phja.phja.org if you are missing points.
The new system will have many advantages for you as a competitor.
With the New HorseSpot Membership platform & show software:
You are able to visit horsespot.net\organizations and view your existing memberships.
If you are registering yourself for the first time on the HorseSpot platform (even if you previously held a phj membership - select New Membership). Then simply follow the prompts.
Please do not rely on show management to notify you as to whether you have an existing membership or have renewed your membership.
Membership Status is the responsibility of the individual, not show management. This new platform has real time membership status information and you can look up your horse and rider status independently.
Membership enables the person/horse to accrue points (earned through ribbon placings) for Year End Awards.
Membership is not required to participate in PHJ Shows.
If I wish to be eligible for Year End Awards - What memberships do I need?
The new show platform, also has real time show results. While at the show, you can scan the QR Code on the back of your back # and see your class results and Champion / Reserve Status as soon as it is inputed into our computers. No need to trek to the show office and ask the secretary.

- Rider memberships need to be renewed annually at the start of the show season.
- Points begin to accrue from the date of membership payment.
- Horse Memberships are lifetime. Any previous Horse Member now shows up in the phjaorg.horsespot.net platform.

- All Riders need a current Rider Membership. The new show season begins on Dec. 1.
- Horses competing in Hunter and Jumpers classes need to have a lifetime horse membership
- Riders competing in Beginner classes (leadline through Mini Hunter), and Equitation class competitors only need a rider membership.
- If you change your horse's name, you must update that in the Membership Platform.
- Enter Your Membership # for both Horse and Rider on your entries.
